Established Entertainment company now looking for sales, marketing, PR, and advertising interns. As an intern, you will work with the marketing staff to create then implement marketing plans and strategies for recording artists, studios, attend business conferences and assist staff with general office duties.
All interns should be interested in the business side of the industry. Candidates should have an exceptional computer, written, and verbal communication skills. Photoshop and Publisher experience preferred but not required. MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook experience required. Interns must be available to interview and work in the North Atlanta, GA area.
Job Duties for interns:
Design both street and eMarketing plans
Assist Promotions Manager
Find hot spots to do promotions
Update information on all Myspace pages
Keep track of sales and promotion team
Interns must be able to use a computer, work well with others, dependable, resourceful, sociable and hard working. Job experience is not required. Transportation is a must!!
Interns will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in the music industry that will look great on their resume. They will build their networking skills and make industry contacts and receive school credit.
Interns will have to complete a minimum of 15 hours a week. This will last 3 to 6 months but can be extended.
